چکیده

The aim of this study was to determine the impact subclinical mastitis treatment in dairy cattle on biomarkers registered with in-line sensors such as milk yield (MY), electric conductivity (EC), rumination time (RT), and somatic cell count (SCC). At start experiment, all cows according SCC level were divided into two groups: healthy (n = 30, SCCs less than 200,000 per mL without growth bacteria samples) 32), levels greater bacteria. Streptococcus spp. found 15 samples, Strep. uberis 17 samples. sensitive amoxicillin calvulanic acid. According these results, 32 treated protocols: one 1 16) 16). In first protocol, we used boluses nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (SCCB NSAID). second protocol consists intramammary antibiotics medications (Synulox LC NSAIDs). All parameters (MY, EC, RT, SCC) recorded Lely Astronaut® A3 milking robots day diagnosis (0 day) 14 days after began. animal experimental procedures approved by ethical committee; approval number is PK01696. On basis our findings, may infer that NSAIDs are effective treating mastitis. After treatment, electrical AB NSAID also higher quarters udder compared SCCB + NSAID. RT disease 11.41% lower NSAID, while 7.01% practical side, for mastitis, recommend using a feed supplement bolus (one os) composition containing Meloxicam 20 mg single subcutaneous injection at dosage 2.5 100 kg body weight.
